Today I’m sharing a Halloween black and white dessert table with some fun treats. With ideas from graveyard ghosts to sneaky spiders and best of all, Free Printables to match!
I found most of the table top items from Target and in the dollar section which makes it handy for the old pocket book, right?! Like the Boo sign, trees, Gravestones, napkins, pumpkins, treat bags + table runner.
My kids love getting into the spirit of the holidays and Halloween is no exception around here. So when I was getting out the Halloween decor of course they pulled out their costumes and started playing around. Lanterns, galvanized platters and cupcake liners from Michaels.
I made Poison Apples which were candied apples with black food coloring. To give them an creepy look, I didn’t get all the wax off of them so the candy coating dripped a lil off in spots and it made for a cool look.
My daughter really gets into character!
These were my Graveyard Ghosts. Double frosting and all. The kids couldn’t pry themselves away from these.
Yummy Mummies came out too, these were candy coated covered oreos. These look hard, but they’re really easy! I don’t have a fancy oreo mold and with a look of the mummy, the more messed up the better so it was a win! I melted the 1/2 the candy bag of candy melts, dipped the oreos, added the eyes then let them cool. With the other half of the melted candies, I poured into a baggie with a cut end and drizzled over for that “wrapped look”. Easy Peasy!
Sneaky spiders because they are so sneaky and crawl around.
